Get ready to play…
Two teams, one big screen, and a survey of 100 people. I run it live from the microphone — your guests play, the room shouts at them, and nobody has to organise a thing.
I’m Kevin Durham, an event host and MC. Game shows like this are one part of what I do, alongside hosting awards nights, conferences, corporate dinners and charity fundraisers across the UK.

A plain standings board — up to 20 teams, name and score, no questions. Use it with any game or on its own; it keeps its scores in the background.
Puts the top team on the board with confetti and a fanfare. “Back to the scoreboard” returns to the full standings.
A separate tool — a 5×5 board of categories and point values, up to 10 teams. Tap a value to open a question, tap whichever team you judge buzzed in first, then Correct or Wrong. Getting one wrong costs that team the points, same as the real thing.
Once a team buzzes in, the board counts them down and buzzes if they run out.

Fill-in-the-blank. By default each puzzle’s own top three answers are preset — reveal them, then tap which answer each team went for (10 / 20 / 30 points). Prefer live judges writing their own answers? Tap the answers button to switch modes.
Preset mode fills these from the puzzle you pick. Switch to judges to have three people write their own.
A Hangman-style reveal — put a phrase on the board, then tap letters as the crowd calls them out. Correct letters reveal everywhere they appear; wrong ones cost a guess.

Two teams hunt the crowd for items on the list. When a captain brings you the item (and the person who had it), tap which team found it — points are added automatically. Tap the same team again to undo a mistake.
One partner describes each word on the screen without saying it — the other guesses. Position them so the guesser can’t see the screen (facing the clue-giver or the crowd works well). Six categories in a pyramid; pick one, work through the words, Correct or Skip.

A real shuffled deck, drawn one card at a time. Start a row for whichever team is up, ask “higher or lower?”, then tap what they called — a tie counts as a correct guess. Get all five right in a row to nail it; one wrong guess ends that team’s turn.
Whose turn is it?
Two-step puts their call up on the board first so the room can shout, then you flip. Turn it off to go straight to the card in one tap.
Launch the quiz as usual from wp-admin → Quiz Live → Launch, then paste
the host link it gives you here — it looks like /quiz/host/?g=…&h=…. You only need
to do this once per game; control it from here after that.
The classic two-player game runs 20s then 25s — use those only if you play it that way.
Tap A to reveal the answer text and P to reveal its points, exactly like the original. Duplicate answers between the two players are flagged in red automatically.
CSV format, one question per row, same as the original:

Type your teams once, one per line, then load them into every game at the start of the night — no re-typing on each tab.
Scoreboard, Quiz Show and What the Blank take the whole list. The two-team games (Family Fortunes, Scavenger Hunt, Category Clues, Higher or Lower) take the first two names.
Clears every game back to a fresh start between bookings — all teams, scores, rounds and timers. Your questions, categories, scavenger items, logo and settings are kept.
Only someone with this password can open the controls. It is stored on this device only — if you forget it, clear this site’s data in your browser to reset.
The panel explains the game to anyone looking at the screen between rounds. It disappears on its own the moment you put a question up.

The five original sounds from your .air file are built in, plus a winner
fanfare and a scene riser generated on the fly. Every game plays its own cues on the board
— correct answers ding, wrong ones buzz, clocks buzz at zero, winners get the fanfare.
This switch silences all of it.
Shortcuts act on whichever game you have open. Typing in a box never triggers them.
