The Hilton Birmingham Metropole at the NEC is a venue I keep coming back to: a business event there in 2020, hosting duties the following year, then charity events booked in consecutive years after that, and a conference booked again for 2026. That kind of repeat booking only happens when the room trusts you to get it right without a rehearsal.
