How I run a launch
A launch lives or dies on one moment, and everything around it is build-up and follow-through. My job is to shape that arc: warm the room without giving the game away, hand the stage to your product or your leadership at exactly the right second, then carry the energy through the demo, the questions and the mingle so nobody drifts off before the part you booked the room for.
Because I present as well as host, I can front the reveal itself, run a live demo to camera, or interview the person launching it, rather than just introducing whoever does. For a hybrid or streamed launch that matters: I have spent years working to a live rundown and a lens, so the online audience gets the same moment as the room.

Product, venue and press launches
A product launch, a venue opening and a press event are three different rooms. A product launch is about the reveal and the story around it. A venue opening is about hospitality and first impressions, moving guests through a space while keeping the energy up. A press launch is tighter and more exact, built around the quotes and the footage the room came to get.
