This is Quiz Live, the same app I run at events — working right now in your browser. Scan the code or open it on your phone, enter the game PIN shown on screen, and play a round yourself.
A leaderboard after every question, a podium at the end.
Points reward being right and being quick — answer fast for full marks, decaying the closer you cut it to the timer. Guests see their own score and rank the moment a question closes, then the room watches a live podium finish on the big screen at the end.
Play solo, or switch on team mode and the leaderboard tracks team totals instead — handy for a room already split into tables or departments.
Built for a real room, not a slideshow.
A projector and a PowerPoint quiz works until round three, when half the room has stopped paying attention. Quiz Live keeps every phone in the room live for the whole night — guests see their score and rank after every question, not just at the end.
And because it is a real platform I built and control, questions, timers, points and team mode are all set up around your event before the night starts — not a template someone else is also using down the road.

How much does it cost to hire a quiz master?

Is a quiz master a real job, or is this a sideline?
It is what I do — hosting is my profession, not a hobby. I host awards nights, conferences and corporate entertainment across the UK, and quiz hosting is part of that, built on the same event-hosting experience.
What makes your quiz different from a normal pub quiz?
The app. Guests play on their own phone — big colour answer tiles, a live countdown, a leaderboard and a podium on the big screen — rather than passing round a paper answer sheet. You can play a real round yourself before booking.
How many guests can take part?
As many as are in the room. Everyone answers on their own phone at the same time, so it works the same whether it is a table of ten or a conference hall of two hundred.
Can we play solo or does everyone need to be on a team?
Either. Guests can play as individuals, or you can switch on team mode and have the leaderboard track team scores instead — useful if you want tables or departments competing against each other.
