Two pieces of software, built for one thing.
Most quiz hosts run a slideshow, a spreadsheet, or someone else’s subscription tool. I built my own: Quiz Live, a Kahoot-style interactive quiz app, and Family Fortunes, a two-team game show board — both designed from scratch for a live room full of people, not a meeting or a classroom.
Neither is a product you sign up for. I operate both live, as part of hosting your event — the same way I run the microphone.

Quiz Live and Family Fortunes are both my own software, built specifically for live events — not a rebadged SaaS tool or a template everyone else hires too.
No app to download
Guests join in their phone’s browser — scan a QR code or type a 6-digit PIN. Installable to the home screen if they want it, never required.
Real-time, not click-through
Every phone in the room is live at once — questions, timers, scoring and the leaderboard update instantly, not on a delay or a refresh.
Runs on the night, not in the cloud dashboard
There is no separate account for you to log into and manage. I build the quiz around your event, then run it live from the room.
Team mode built in
Guests can play solo or as teams, with the leaderboard and podium tracking whichever you choose.

Is your quiz software something we can use ourselves, or do you run it?
I run it. Quiz Live and Family Fortunes are not self-serve tools you log into — I build the quiz around your event and operate it live from the room, the same as any other hosted entertainment.
What is the best quiz software for a pub-style quiz night?

Is there a free version we can try?
There is a live, playable demo — open the app and play a round yourself, free, any time. Running it at your event is part of a booking.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests join in their phone’s browser by scanning a QR code or typing a PIN. It can be added to the home screen like an app if they want, but nothing is required beforehand.
How many players can the software handle?
It has been load-tested with 250 simultaneous players joining and answering at once with zero errors and zero lost answers — comfortably covers a large conference room.
